From fierce Akame ga KILL! outfits to adorable Aharen-san wa Hakarenai uniforms, and popular wigs from series like BanG Dream! and Attack on Titan, we’ve got everything you need to bring your favorite characters to life.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping details and choose a payment method. It’s easy and secure!

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, enter your address to confirm availability.

What shipping options are available?

We offer two great options:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Fast and reliable via DHL or FedEx. Delivery takes 10-15 days after dispatch.
– Free Shipping (for orders over $50): Budget-friendly global delivery via EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 days after dispatch.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days!

How can I track my order?

For Standard Shipping orders, you’ll receive tracking details via email once your package is dispatched. Unfortunately, Free Shipping via EMS does not include tracking.

Are there any hidden fees?

Nope! The price you see is what you pay. The only additional cost is the $12.95 shipping fee if your order is under $50. No hidden charges, we promise!

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied! If something isn’t right, you have 15 days after delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact our support team at [email protected] to start the process.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method.

How is the quality of your costumes?

We’re fans too, so we get it! All our costumes are made with high-quality materials and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on offering products that look great and last through many conventions and photo shoots.

What if the size doesn’t fit?

We provide detailed size charts for each product. Please check these carefully before ordering. If the size doesn’t fit, you can return the item within 15 days for an exchange or refund (as per our return policy).

Do I need an account to shop?

Nope! You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and get exclusive deals!
