1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original conditionโ€”unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Wigs and hair accessories
  • Makeup and face paint products
  • Intimate apparel or bodysuits
  • Custom-made or personalized items

All returns and exchanges require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the issue.
  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the package, and ship it to our address:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received, using the same shipping method as your original order.
