Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please allow the following timeframes for order processing and delivery:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx – $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: via EMS – free for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your cosplay gear! If something isn’t right, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wigs and hair accessories
  • Makeup and face paint products
  • Intimate apparel or bodysuits
  • Custom-made or personalized items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the issue.
  2. Get Instructions: We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the package, and ship to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once the return is received, using the original shipping method.
