COSPLAY CLANS specializes in officially licensed and inspired cosplay costumes and accessories from popular anime, games, and movies including but not limited to: Attack on Titan, Akame ga KILL!, Azur Lane, Avatar, and other featured series.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and cancel the item from your order.

2.3 Product Variations

While we strive to display accurate colors and details of our products, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and manufacturing variations.

2.4 Service Area

We currently ship to most regions worldwide, excluding parts of Asia and remote areas as determined by our shipping carriers.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email with shipping details.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel your order.

• Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx – $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: via EMS – free for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.

4.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and cancel your order.

4.4 Import Duties and Taxes

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Wigs and hair accessories
  • Makeup and face paint products
  • Intimate apparel or bodysuits
  • Custom-made or personalized items

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and details about the issue
3. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Ship the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number visible

5.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.
